Planning Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Osterley office; right to work in the UK required. hirify.global does not offer sponsorship for this position.

What you will do

• Track and manage financial forecasts and actuals across technology portfolios.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior stakeholders, including Directors and Heads of Department.
• Support timesheet tracking and compliance for accurate capacity and demand planning.
• Contribute to capacity, demand, and strategic planning initiatives across Finance, Portfolio Delivery, and Development teams.

Requirements

• Proven analytical experience in planning, forecasting, or business operations within a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
