What you will do

• Support the Founder and CEO on strategic and operational projects that drive company goals.
• Analyze market developments, competitor dynamics, and trends across the European brokerage and investment landscape.
• Take ownership of special projects focused on brokerage, custody, and capital markets.
• Lead and mentor the Founder's Associate Intern team, providing guidance and prioritization.
• Refine and scale internal processes and operating structures, specifically exploring AI capabilities.
• Act as a connector across the organization to drive effective cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, fintech, or consulting).
• Experience or deep interest in brokerage, trading, or custody.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking for solving ambiguous problems.
• Ability to handle multi-faceted workloads and take full ownership of complex issues.
• Must be based in Germany and able to work from the Berlin office 4+ days a week.
