TL;DR
Founders Associate: Collaborate directly with co-founders and leadership on company strategy execution and own strategic/operational projects from 0 to 1 with an accent on bringing structure to ambiguity. Focus on driving priority topics across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Venture Development.
Location: Full-time on-site (5 days/week) in Augsburg or Berlin

What you will do
- Collaborate directly with co-founders and leadership on executing and developing company strategy.
- Initiate and own strategic and operational projects from 0 to 1, taking full responsibility.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Venture Development to advance priority topics.
- Handle hands-on execution on high-impact topics that matter most.
Requirements
- C2 English proficiency required; German is a plus.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality, structured, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Ambitious, curious about tech/operations/business strategy intersection, ready to invest extra time.
