Salary: From €5,000 gross/month plus bonuses

What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of brand and agency partners from prospecting to signed agreements.
- Lead consultative conversations with marketing directors and C-suite stakeholders to position 's reach as a solution.
- Develop and pitch bespoke partnership proposals across content, distribution, and creative formats.
- Create and document the commercial playbook to define how the partnership function scales.
- Collaborate with editorial, social media, and creative teams to shape effective partnership formats.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in media sales, content partnerships, or brand partnerships (publishing experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of building new business relationships from scratch with a hunter mentality.
- Confidence in leading complex, multi-stakeholder conversations from first contact to contract.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding media investment and brand thinking.
- Rigorous approach to CRM discipline, forecasting, and P/L management.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
