What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate complex business challenges into high-quality, fit-for-purpose technical AI solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks and rapid prototyping.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, from initial scoping to production deployment and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Contribute to the evolution of core AI platforms through code contributions and field feedback.
• Document best practices and share field intelligence to inform platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python, including OOP, async, and API development.
• Proven experience building backend server-side systems, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture for designing tools, resources, and prompts.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Familiarity with Hugging Face and community-driven AI tools/libraries.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, streaming systems, and JSON-RPC.
• Experience in context engineering and system-level optimization for scalable AI.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical value to executive stakeholders.
