What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality, fit-for-purpose technical AI solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI prototypes utilizing Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from initial scoping to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI systems.
• Capture field intelligence and document best practices to enhance hirify.global’s core AI platforms.
• Collaborate within a triad delivery model consisting of engineering, consulting, and product expertise.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in GenAI solutions and 1 year in Agentic AI Frameworks/Deployment.
• Expertise in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven experience designing multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Practical knowledge of deploying RAG architectures and integrating structured/unstructured knowledge sources.
• Strong software engineering foundation including Git, GitHub, Pandas, Spark, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI).
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with community-driven AI tools and libraries, including Hugging Face.
• T-shaped profile with deep technical expertise in one or two AI domains and broad cloud/consulting knowledge.
