SEO Technical Lead (Entertainment)

SEO Technical Lead (Marketing): Owning the technical health and structural integrity of massive transactional ecosystems to maximize search visibility and ranking power with an accent on global information architecture. Focus on optimizing bot accessibility for traditional search engines and emerging LLM/GEO platforms through rigorous experimentation and data-driven insights.

What you will do

• Own technical SEO for hirify.globalup.com, white-label networks, and other group websites.
• Optimize information architecture, crawling, indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs.
• Establish success KPIs and track performance using large-scale log analysis (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk).
• Partner with Data, Product, and Systems teams to execute the technical SEO roadmap.
• Design and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings at a rigorous pace.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a technical SEO for high-traffic ecommerce or similar websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, JS, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions and automate workflows.
• Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work setup.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to make recommendations based on analytics and metrics.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Python and Google Apps Script.
• Knowledge of SQL for data exploitation.
• Experience with workflow automation.
• Experience managing teams.
