Location: Fully Remote across Europe (Offices/Presence in Warsaw, Prague, Sofia, Budapest, Madrid, Belgrade)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end organic acquisition strategy encompassing technical, content, and programmatic SEO.
- Perform keyword research and competitive gap analysis against major category players in the data integration space.
- Scale and optimize a programmatic library of 300+ "connector" and "integration" pages.
- Partner with content and marketing teams to brief and optimize blog and landing page content for organic intent.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and manage a link-building and digital PR strategy while reporting organic KPIs directly to the founder.
Requirements
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and pipeline for B2B SaaS companies, ideally in martech, data, or analytics.
- Strong technical SEO skills covering site audits, structured data, and JS rendering issues.
- English: Fluency is mandatory.
- Comfortable using SQL and data tools for decision-making in a technical environment.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tooling such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, and GA4.

- Experience with programmatic SEO and scaled content (landing page templates).
