What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants across the local market.
• Ensure compliance with business data requirements, including validation of contracts, KYC, and KYB processes.
• Create and maintain merchant venue pages, overseeing menu setup, product photos, and translations.
• Educate partners on the hirify.global Merchant App and Merchant Portal to optimize their performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and timely delivery of internal initiatives.
• Monitor onboarding progress and provide supportive communication to ensure high service standards.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Estonian.
• 2+ years of experience in partner operations or customer support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in managing business partner relationships or onboarding workflows.
• Experience with CRM management and maintaining high data hygiene.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with strong problem-solving skills.
