What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the renewal lifecycle.
• Proactively manage and execute the customer renewal process to ensure timely completion.
• Assess account health through regular check-ins and address concerns to mitigate retention risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account health, and renewal status in the CRM.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to identify product and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of decreasing churn and increasing revenue.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lehi, Utah.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
