What you will do
- Build and run the foundations of People Operations for an international, fast-growing startup.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Own People Operations systems, scalability, and reporting.
- Handle payroll and office management fundamentals.
- Develop self-service People Operations solutions with a builder mindset.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with People Operations fundamentals.
- Experience working with People Operations systems, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting.
- A scalability mindset and an ability to build rather than simply maintain processes.
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup from the Barcelona headquarters.
Nice to have
- People Operations and payroll experience in more than one market, ideally Spain and the UK.
- Experience with EOR providers.
