What you will do

• Manage the candidate pool to meet customer staffing needs.
• Control staff attendance and support the welcome process for new recruits.
• Verify the correct issuance of invoices.
• Maintain files containing generated documentation and prepare reports.
• Track contract expiration dates and communicate them to the network.
• Maintain a client database.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in an ETT performing recruitment and personnel administration functions.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and collective agreements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to work with large amounts of data and partners.
• High ambition and willingness to take ownership of the project.
