What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP infrastructure to ensure 100% availability.
• Manage large-scale, high-impact infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Train and support the engineering team in electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and deliver detailed weekly reports.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all facilities-related issues within the data center region.
• Ensure all safety procedures are strictly adhered to by AWS staff and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in data center engineering or operations within critical environments.
• Proven experience in vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work at height, use ladders, and work in noisy environments.

Nice to have

• Electrical or mechanical Journeyman License.
• Operating engineering license such as DC II, DC III, or equivalent.
• Experience in construction or project management.
