What you will do

• Own and improve Finance master data governance to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data in Navision and SAP FI/CO.
• Monitor data quality and drive sustainable improvements in collaboration with Business, Tech, and Data teams.
• Support and develop the Finance ERP landscape and its integrations with internal and external systems.
• Design and automate master data processes to increase efficiency and enable scalable growth.
• Act as the key contact for data incidents and ensure compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in master data management or data governance.
• Hands-on knowledge with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI/CO, Navision/Dynamics 365, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of Finance systems, processes, and data flows (GL, AP, AR).
• Proficiency with MDM concepts, data models, and hierarchical structures.
• Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany

Nice to have

• Experience with data integration and transformation (IDocs, APIs, ETL) and data quality tools.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards such as GDPR.
