What you will do

• Prepare and own annual financial statements, including balance sheet notes and GAAP conversions between IFRS and local requirements.
• Manage and optimize corporate tax activities across Germany and Switzerland to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage the follow-up on findings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tax authorities, internal stakeholders, and Shared Service Centers.
• Oversee operational finance activities, including banking, cash pooling, payment processes, and statistical reporting.
• Support payroll-related topics in close collaboration with HR and external providers.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax, with strong knowledge of German statutory reporting.
• Solid experience with corporate income tax, VAT, and provisions.
• Good understanding of IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swiss accounting or tax regulations.
