What you will do

• Generate leads and promote capabilities in ESG, carbon assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and execute consulting projects for large stock-listed corporate clients.
• Develop thought leadership materials, including case studies and press articles on climate challenges.
• Coach and steer consulting teams within the energy, resources, and utilities business line.
• Activate professional networks and manage long-term customer relationships in the BeNe region.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, business, or economics from a first-class university.
• 6 to 10 years of consulting experience specifically within the energy sector.
• Trilingual proficiency in Dutch (must), French, and English.
• Proven track record in business development and managing consulting teams.
• Deep expertise in climate challenges and corporate ESG trajectories.
• Must possess a valid work permit for Belgium (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Strong interest or expertise in AI-related topics.
