TL;DR

Senior Consultant (Energy, Resources & Industrials): Managing projects and delivering key deliverables for clients in the energy and industrial sectors with an accent on project leadership and business development. Focus on designing implementation concepts, mentoring junior consultants, and integrating data and AI-driven insights into consulting services.

Location: Brussels, Belgium. Unable to provide a work permit.

What you will do

  • Design and realize key deliverables while leading projects and managing relationships with middle and top management.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing feedback and following up on professional objectives.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing and participation in commercial meetings.
  • Collaborate with sectoral and services working groups and author professional papers and articles.
  • Lead and execute internal company projects to improve expertise and operations.

Requirements

  • University Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a consultant.
  • Trilingual proficiency in Dutch (must), French, and English.
  • Must have valid work authorization for Belgium (no work permit provided).
  • Strong interest in the energy sector and AI-related topics.
  • Readiness to participate in temporary assignments in France and The Netherlands.
