What you will do

• Execute transformation projects including intelligent data structuring and analysis.
• Perform benchmarks, conduct people interviews, and animate workshops.
• Develop process maps and detailed functional specifications.
• Take on team leadership roles by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through publications, seminars, and internal workshops.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (Dutch is a must).
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector and AI-related topics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex options into conclusions.
