What you will do

• Lead and execute consulting missions while ensuring high service quality for clients.
• Drive business development in the Belgian banking market through prospection and proposal defense.
• Coach and steer consulting teams on active projects within the Banking & Insurance business line.
• Develop thought leadership materials such as case studies and expertise letters to support marketing.
• Analyze banking sector trends and business model evolutions to adapt service offerings.
• Support business development initiatives in The Netherlands when necessary.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or economics.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company within the banking sector.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Proven track record in business development and team management.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Must have existing work authorization for Belgium as no work permit can be provided.
