AI Engineer

What you will do

• Own and manage internal AI platforms, including API integrations, MCP servers, connectors, and workflow automations.
• Automate IT Operations workflows such as incident triage, ticket routing, reporting, asset queries, onboarding, and scripting assistance.
• Identify, prototype, and deliver AI use cases with teams across the organisation through workshops, hackathons, and proof-of-concepts.
• Build AI governance tooling, including usage dashboards, policy enforcement, approved-tool registries, and EU AI Act compliance tracking.
• Enable AI adoption through knowledge-sharing sessions, internal demos, prompt libraries, and support for the AI champion network.
• Evaluate AI tools and help ensure compliance with security, privacy, and GDPR standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a technical role involving scripting, automation, or systems integration.
• Strong Python skills; experience with PowerShell is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with LLM or AI APIs such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI.
• Experience deploying business integrations or automations and understanding enterprise IT, identity, ITSM, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365.
• Practical knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI use, and EU/GDPR data privacy principles.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in an outcome-focused environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol, agent orchestration, or AI workflow tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Power Automate, or Logic Apps.
• Experience with ITSM platforms or internal IT Operations.
• Background in AI adoption enablement, training, or change management.
