TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage internal AI platforms and build API integrations with the operational stack including ITSM, Jira, M365, and Azure.
- Automate IT Operations workflows such as incident triage, ticket routing, and onboarding.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype and deliver AI use-cases through hackathons and workshops.
- Build technical infrastructure for AI governance, including usage dashboards and EU AI Act compliance tracking.
- Enable AI adoption by running knowledge-sharing sessions and maintaining internal prompt libraries.
- Ensure all AI tools meet security, privacy, and GDPR standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in scripting, automation, or systems integration.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with LLM/AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude).
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT concepts, identity management, and the M365 ecosystem.
- Practical knowledge of AI governance and GDPR data privacy principles.
- Ability to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent orchestration, or AI workflow tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
- Experience with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
- Knowledge of ITSM platforms.
- Background in AI adoption enablement or change management.
