Production Technician (UXS)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany

hirify.global develops, designs, and produces small unmanned aerial systems, including electric vertical take-off and landing platforms with edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing.

What you will do

• Assemble, install, and commission UXS models on a production line.
• Complete products according to work and inspection instructions and production schedules.
• Perform in-process inspections, testing, fault analysis, and repairs.
• Document production steps and maintain traceability of components and finished products.
• Support the improvement of work instructions and production processes while maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace.
• Coordinate product handover with Systems, Testing, and Prototyping teams.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechanical, aerospace, or electrical engineering, a comparable qualification, or several years of production experience.
• Good to very good knowledge of electronics, wiring, and composite materials.
• Enthusiasm for model aircraft and model building.
• Self-motivated, structured, independent, open, and communicative working style.
• Confident communication skills in German or English.

• Basic programming knowledge.
