What you will do

  • Identify and convert sales qualified leads (SQLs) into product demos.
  • Perform outbound prospecting via phone and email to reach key decision-makers.
  • Manage real-time web chat and respond promptly to website sign-ups.
  • Overcome objections and establish brand authority during initial prospect interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support online, direct mail, and other lead-generation campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals through consistent outreach and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • At least one year of SDR or equivalent sales experience.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Strong resilience in handling rejection and a competitive nature.
  • Ability to be resourceful, tenacious, and personable in professional communications.
  • Team-player mentality with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or Physical Therapy (PT) sales.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or Gong.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
