What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of site projects including retrofits, upgrades, expansions, and equipment refreshes.
• Manage full project lifecycles encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with operations, facilities, and engineering teams to ensure minimal disruption to live operations.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for safety and timely project completion.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors on active site environments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, or data center projects.
• Ability to be on-site at the data center full-time.
• Working knowledge of critical-facilities environments and operational stability.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MEP, power and cooling, or structured cabling.
• Certifications: PMP, CAPM, DCD, CDCP, BICSI, or ITIL Foundation.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or SOP process development.
• Background in bridging construction handover into operations.
