What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and associates in B2B distribution and fulfillment operations.
• Manage daily workflows to ensure timely processing of customer orders while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to plan staffing and monitor order flow.
• Monitor and drive performance against key operational metrics to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory, transportation, and planning teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Lead training initiatives to ensure teams meet evolving business demands and operational goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Jonestown, Pennsylvania.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interpret shipping documents, safety rules, and operational data.
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
