What you will do

• Design and develop AI orchestration components, including intent/slot extraction, policy engines, and guardrails.
• Build and maintain RAG-based solutions for policy and knowledge-base question answering.
• Implement authenticated claim-status lookups and integrate with backend systems.
• Develop and optimize prompts to improve AI response quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI workflows and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Engineer.
• Proven experience in LLM and GenAI application development.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating APIs, external tools, and AI services into applications.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) or above required

Nice to have

• Experience with OCI Generative AI.
• Knowledge of Arabic NLP.
• Experience working in insurance or other regulated industries.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails and PII handling mechanisms.
