Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $170K–$250K base pay annually, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Translate business objectives into partnership and outbound strategies, identifying target partners and mutually valuable use cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, decision-makers, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead product integration scoping and structure and negotiate partnership agreements and value exchanges.
• Manage risk mitigation and secure alignment across legal, product, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
• Own partner relationships across multiple verticals and deal stages, from pre-deal through implementation and post-deal management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, product, or a related field.
• Strategic thinking, strong executive presence, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex dynamics, ambiguity, product or commercial nuances, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures, teams, and time zones.
• Quantitative ability to measure partnership ROI, performance metrics, and optimization levers.
