Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) - Office attendance average 4 days a week

Salary: $125,000 — $295,000 USD

What you will do

  • Oversee strategic direction and execution for a global CPG client portfolio to align with business objectives.
  • Design and manage primary research initiatives to uncover actionable consumer insights.
  • Champion the integration of hirify.global's strategic tools and AI platform (WPP Open) across teams.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of integrated strategists to foster professional development.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and craft award-winning entries for Effie and Cannes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in brand strategy, advertising, or marketing consulting.
  • Essential experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).
  • Proven track record of leading global, integrated agency teams and mentoring strategists.
  • Proficiency in primary research methodologies and tools such as MRI, GWI, ComScore, and Kantar.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in New York, NY.

Nice to have

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience working across various industries in a global agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging technologies.
