Location: Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Design and architect secure, scalable IAM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry standards.
• Develop strategies for identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Define and enforce access control policies, including RBAC, ABAC, and MFA mechanisms.
• Lead the PAM delivery roadmap, including application integration and privileged asset discovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and directories.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM-related security incidents and long-term strategy development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
• Ability to work from the office 3 days per week.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in architecting and implementing IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as identity providers, directory services, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
• Experience with cloud identity/PAM solutions like SailPoint IdentityNow, EntraID/Azure AD, or CyberArk.
