Nutanix Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support across the Nutanix portfolio.
• Design, scope, size, configure, and quote Nutanix solutions for partners and end customers.
• Assess customer environments and recommend infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, storage, data protection, and hybrid multicloud solutions.
• Support proposals, tenders, proof of concepts, technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and partner enablement.
• Build technical and commercial relationships with Nutanix, channel partners, sales teams, and vendor stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Act as the primary technical conduit between Nutanix and the channel ecosystem while supporting partner adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, or hybrid multicloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data centre architecture, storage, compute, networking, and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of Nutanix technologies, including AHV, NCP, Prism, and data protection solutions.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or alternative hypervisors, plus public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure modernization, workload migration, business continuity, technical workshops, demonstrations, or proof of concepts.
• Strong solution architecture, troubleshooting, consulting, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes, including Nutanix Kubernetes Platform.
• Nutanix, VMware, cloud, or infrastructure certifications.
