What you will do

• Lead and manage the Strategy, Data & Social team across the APAC region.
• Act as the senior strategic authority and trusted advisor for key agency accounts.
• Develop complex social-first strategies, communication frameworks, and audience approaches.
• Oversee workload management, resource allocation, and team capability development.
• Drive new business efforts, including leading strategic responses to RFPs and pitches.
• Partner with leadership to shape agency direction, thought leadership, and product development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social strategy, communications planning, and insight-led consulting.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and mentoring talent.
• Demonstrated success in managing major client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in social platforms, audience behavior, and digital ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to business growth.
• Must be available for a 13-month contract period.
