Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, including retention, problem resolution, and product communication.
• Proactively identify and anticipate client needs beyond immediate requests.
• Develop tailored solutions that align with client goals and organizational objectives.
• Facilitate discussions regarding invoicing, billing, and agreement terms.
• Partner with Client Development to identify cross-selling and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate training and testing for product enhancements and API updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO.
• 3+ years of financial industry experience, including 2 years in relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
