Capital Markets Client Service Associate - 3rd Shift (Remote)

Location: Remote, associated with New York, NY. Dedicated overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM ET, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Additional hours, days, and holiday coverage may be required.

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate issuers, legal counsel, investment banking teams, and other capital markets clients.
• Coordinate financial print and disclosure projects from intake through composition, proofing, revisions, EDGAR filing support, print, mailing, and electronic delivery.
• Work with composition, EDGAR, print production, digital delivery, and quality control teams to meet accuracy and schedule requirements.
• Review instructions, monitor project status, identify risks, and communicate next steps and timing expectations.
• Support SEC filing and transaction workflows involving prospectuses, registration statements, proxy materials, merger documents, and other financial disclosures.
• Resolve client issues, maintain accurate project records, and manage competing urgent requests during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three to five years of experience in client service, project coordination, financial services, legal services, printing, document production, or a similar deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status reporting and client expectation management.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, multitasking, follow-through, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Comfort working with complex, time-sensitive documents in a regulated financial services environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial printing, EDGAR filing, regulatory disclosure, capital markets, legal document production, or transaction support.
• Familiarity with SEC forms including S-1, S-3, S-4, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and DEF 14A.
• Experience supporting corporate issuers, law firms, investment banks, or other financial services clients.
• Familiarity with workflow, job management, document management, or production tracking systems.
