What you will do

• Drive new infrastructure technologies into production and own the strategy from identification to implementation.
• Lead the reliability and performance of the global server and storage ecosystem.
• Champion modern DevOps practices by building robust automation and scripting to streamline workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define best practices and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Serve as a senior technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop and maintain high-quality architectural documentation and policies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be able to access technical data without an export license.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Windows Server administration (ADDS, GPO, DHCP, DNS, ADCS).
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade SAN configurations and advanced hypervisor platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) and datacenter environments.
• 5+ years of scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python) applied to infrastructure automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring solutions like Prometheus or Splunk.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Experience with AI and modern DevTools.
