About the Role

You own and drive recruiting for highly specialized business roles across go to market functions including Sales Marketing Post-Sales and Revenue Operations You prospect engage and close exceptional candidates and partner with hiring managers to define priorities and hiring strategy You build candidate pipelines use targeted outreach and maintain market fluency across relevant talent pools You optimize recruiting performance and provide insights on market dynamics compensation expectations and hiring risks

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high growth technical enterprise or mission driven environments
  • Experience recruiting across one or more of the following functions Sales Marketing Post-Sales Customer Success Solutions Professional Services Revenue Operations or Business Operations
  • Experience recruiting across markets including public sector defense crypto blockchain DeFi fintech compliance cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong outbound sourcing muscle and ability to identify engage nurture and close passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with senior business and go to market leaders to define hiring strategy calibrate profiles diagnose funnel challenges and drive searches to successful outcomes
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics and data driven decision making
  • Comfort operating in a quota like environment balancing multiple searches while prioritizing high impact roles
  • Persuasive credible communication style with ability to influence senior candidates hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders
  • Grit resilience and closing mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build and own high velocity talent pipelines for priority business roles across Sales Marketing Post-Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Run recruiting like a sales funnel from sourcing through close with a focus on conversion speed and candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted closer for hard to hire business talent and drive offer acceptance in competitive markets
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns leveraging market intelligence and persistent follow up to engage passive candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a deal team to align on priorities profiles and hiring strategy
  • Maintain strong market fluency across enterprise sales marketing customer success solutions professional services revenue operations crypto blockchain fintech compliance cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS
  • Continuously optimize recruiting performance using data and feedback to improve outreach effectiveness funnel health pass through rates and time to close
  • Serve as a talent advisor to the business providing insights on market dynamics compensation expectations candidate motivations and competitive talent trends
