TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or from hubs in San Francisco or New York)

Salary: $105,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for interns and full-time early career candidates.
  • Develop creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage and source top technical talent.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers across Software Engineering and Data Science pipelines.
  • Drive candidate engagement through the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional People teams, including Onboarding and Business Partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs.
  • Proven track record of implementing inclusive practices across recruiting functions.
  • Experience owning full-cycle technical and non-technical pipelines from build to close.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with consistent follow-through across cycles.
  • Ability to travel for campus, regional, and Figma hub events.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Figma & FigJam.
