What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from outbound sourcing and screening to offer and closing.
• Lead hiring efforts for GTM functions, including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership.
• Support technical recruiting for engineering, product, and infrastructure roles.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines and refine recruiting operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on talent strategy and interview processes.
• Enhance employer branding to position the company as a top talent destination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Proven track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent.
• Ability to support technical recruiting processes.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other creative platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting within fintech, payments, or high-growth startups.
• Experience building recruiting processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing and talent engagement strategies.
