What you will do

• Collaborate with the Head of Brand and external agencies on a full brand refresh and visual identity evolution.
• Define and codify the brand system, including tone, design language, and documentation.
• Build and maintain a practical, well-documented design system used across the company.
• Develop self-serve design resources and workflows to enable team independence.
• Own visual execution across web, social, events, and sales collateral.
• Concept and execute brand campaigns across digital and out-of-home channels.

Requirements

• 6+ years of brand design experience building brands for technically complex products (AI, developer tools, or enterprise infrastructure).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, design systems, and web design.
• Proven ability to work effectively with external agency partners.
• Figma proficiency as a core design tool.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive projects to completion independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
