Salary: $115,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Design high-impact creative assets for digital, print, video, events, and integrated marketing channels.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Support website and digital initiatives, implementing responsive design and UX considerations.
• Translate complex business objectives into compelling visual concepts and storytelling.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, executive communications, and thought leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize creative workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems and multi-channel design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of UX principles and digital design best practices.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite) in Warren, NJ or New York City.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
