Salary: $167,000 - $196,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and enforce brand standards and reusable templates across the organization.
• Set visual direction and art direction for projects, including photography and overall tone.
• Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-assisted tools to accelerate high-quality production.
• Direct and quality-control the output of freelance designers and external contractors.
• Partner with marketing to shape the brand's appearance across various programs and channels.
• Manage multiple projects with urgency, presenting design rationale to senior executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of in-house or agency experience working with B2B or tech brands.
• Expertise in typography, layout, storytelling, and art direction with a strong portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to optimize the creative production process.
• Systems-minded approach to building scalable assets and templates.
• Must be based in or relocate to a hirify.global hub location (USA or Chile).
