What you will do

• Design and produce branded visual concepts for emails, websites, trade shows, ebooks, and social media.
• Develop and maintain corporate brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to adapt creative assets for diverse regional demographics.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new tools to streamline creative workflows.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in routine design tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of professional experience in creative design and development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both traditional and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience presenting design strategies to stakeholders and business partners.
• Ability to leverage AI systems for ideation and scaling creative output.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects, Animate, or Premiere.
• Knowledge of video production and motion graphic techniques.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar production workflow management software.
• Prior experience in international team collaboration.
