What you will do

• Build and evolve a comprehensive living design system covering typography, color, iconography, and motion.
• Create a scalable token architecture to ensure brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Author and maintain practical Brand Guidelines and toolkits for internal teams and external partners.
• Partner with marketing, product design, and engineering to embed brand systems into Figma libraries and CMS templates.
• Integrate generative AI tools to scale on-brand asset production and design AI-ready template systems.
• Establish quality control processes and feedback loops for AI-assisted design outputs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of brand design experience with a strong focus on design systems and visual identity.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to scale cohesive brand systems for B2B, SaaS, or AI products.
• Deep proficiency in Figma (variables, auto layout, component architecture) and Adobe Suite.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI design platforms to scale brand output.
• Strong ability to write clear, structured system documentation and brand guidelines.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (On-site)
