TL;DR
Senior Designer (Visual Systems/Branding): Developing high-impact creative for events, digital, and internal communications with an accent on typography, brand identity, and visual systems. Location: Must be based in New York, NY. Hybrid schedule: minimum of four days per week in the office.
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000

What you will do
- Design high-quality visual content for internal and external communications, including brand identities and event collateral.
- Conceptualize multiple creative approaches aligned with project goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to develop visually compelling design solutions.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of brand systems and visual identities across the portfolio.
- Ensure creative excellence and consistency in typography, composition, and hierarchy across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house, or studio environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary expertise in typography, branding, and corporate identity.
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Experience with emerging AI and automation tools for creative workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in motion or 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Strong illustration skills.
