What you will do

  • Develop innovative high-frequency power converter solutions for AI and data center applications.
  • Define power converter architectures and key system components for emerging power solutions.
  • Create best-in-class reference designs demonstrating performance, efficiency, and system value.
  • Provide technical guidance and advanced application support for products worldwide.
  • Collaborate with product development teams and customers to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Evaluate design tradeoffs to optimize system performance, density, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Deep expertise in high-density, high-frequency power converter design for server applications above 3 kW.
  • Strong familiarity with power supply topologies including LLC resonant, phase-shifted, and PFC circuits.
  • Expert knowledge of high-frequency magnetics design and circuit simulation tools like SIMPLIS/LTspice.
  • Strong hands-on capability with lab equipment for testing high-frequency switching power supplies.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing firmware in C/C++ for embedded controllers.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as I2C and PMBus.
  • Experience using finite element tools such as ANSYS.
  • Experience designing power converters from concept to production.
