Salary: $127,000 - $139,000 a year

What you will do

• Assist in updating program and project schedules while coordinating input from diverse project teams.
• Analyze schedules to ensure proper use of standard codes, layouts, and reporting structures.
• Perform QA/QC on P6 schedules and validate logic ties for conformance with guidelines.
• Review contractor schedule submittals for compliance with contract scope and terms.
• Interpret drawings and contract conditions to evaluate the merit of time extension requests.
• Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses to support project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Minimum of one year of full-time professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor.
• Must be able to work on-site at client locations in the Los Angeles/Long Beach area.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and understanding contract terms.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with educational facility or public works projects.
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification.
• Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera and MS Office Suite.
