TL;DR

Customer Support Consultant (Fintech): Providing post-setup care and support to international clients via phone, email, and web chat with an accent on revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote with occasional visits to the Norwich office for interviews).

Salary: £28,836 per annum (including night shift compensation) plus uncapped commission.

  • Handle customer queries via telephone, email, and web chat.

  • Deliver exceptional post-setup support to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to hit revenue and satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Availability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 08:00 AM).
