Location: Preferably London, with Bristol or Birmingham considered. Must be on-site at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Develop and lead a group-wide internal communications plan to support AI transformation.
• Partner with the central AI programme team to translate priorities into effective employee communications.
• Deliver change communications and campaigns that drive adoption of new AI tools and initiatives.
• Coordinate consistent messaging across various business areas and Corporate Affairs teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
• Identify optimal channels and storytelling opportunities to engage colleagues across the Group.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work on-site at least 3 days a week.
• Significant experience in internal communications, transformation, or employee engagement within a large, complex organization.
• Proven track record of leading change communications for strategically important programmes.
• Ability to translate complex technology and governance topics into practical, clear messages.
• Experience advising and influencing senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI and its potential to improve high-quality communications.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital, technology, or culture change programmes.
• Prior experience in AI-specific communications.
• Confidence in engaging credibly with technical specialists.
