What you will do

• Maintain deep expertise in hirify.global product offerings, capabilities, and the competitive landscape.
• Partner with sales and product teams early in the sales lifecycle to sell services offerings to clients.
• Design and scope services packages, including both T&M and Fixed Fee contracts.
• Define resource requirements and develop proposals for program and product implementation.
• Support the Financials Industry account teams by aligning services offerings to broader GTM visions.
• Work with partners to scope, contract, and onboard delivery teams on the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing or services selling roles.
• Strong background in enterprise software sales, specifically with large implementation and services offerings.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, scoping, and positioning complex technical solutions.
• Deep knowledge of AI, Agentic, and automation technologies and their business value.
• Ability to build and sell repeatable offerings while measuring outcomes.
