What you will do

• Conduct structural analysis for new builds and retrofits of existing structures.
• Manage project scope, budget, deliverables, and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide technical oversight and review work produced by junior and mid-level engineers.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and interface directly with clients.
• Develop engineering estimates and effort hours for proposal development.
• Perform site visits and inspections as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• 8+ years of relevant structural design experience in industrial, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Must be able to work on-site in Green Bay, WI.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA, STAAD, or RAM.
• Strong communication skills for team leadership and client coordination.

Nice to have

• Structural Engineer (SE) registration.
• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Familiarity with Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
