What you will do

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of capital expenditure (Capex) projects including installations and upgrades.
• Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends and propose efficiency improvements.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and timelines while coordinating with finance, operations, and external contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the organization.
• Train and mentor staff on maintenance methodologies and technical procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be based in Mexicali, Mexico.
• Experience in a manufacturing factory environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in project engineering or capital expenditure projects.
• Proficiency in SAP management.
• Experience in equipment installation and vendor management.
