What you will do

• Manage the global creator contract tracker and coordinate with Legal to initiate and close influencer agreements.
• Oversee budget tracking, purchase order processing, and month-end reconciliation for global influencer campaigns.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for tiered creator agency partners, managing deliverables and reporting timelines.
• Maintain the global influencer brand activity calendar and coordinate team meeting logistics.
• Own the team's asset management infrastructure in Box, ensuring proper organization and access for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related fields.
• Experience with contract or legal document coordination and standard business drafting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Box.
• Familiarity with budget tracking and purchase order processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in influencer, creator, or entertainment marketing.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Platform certifications in Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet.
• Experience working within a global or matrixed marketing organization.
• Exposure to creator marketing platforms like Captiv8 or Skeepers.
